Madapple by Christina Meldrum is a book about a sheltered young girl, Aslaug. I found this to be an interesting story, but a very boring read. It was hard to follow through and finish this book. There are a lot of things the story covers, such as religions that most people don't know about and all these plants. Basically if you don't know anything about either of these topics, or even if you do, it is still very confusing to read and understand.
