Ed Gein, Psycho

Ed Gein, Psycho is a book about one of the most legendary, psychotic, serial cannibalistic killers in Wisconsin that has inspired many books and films(Psycho, The Silence of the Lambs, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre)which created his ghoulish legacy of becoming the most hated and most loved killers of all America. Ed Gein, Psycho, starts out with his family history of being farmers and eventually gets too Ed Gein. The book at this part describes his personality as a kid and how his personality changes as he grows up and lives through his hard and lonely life. His father was a Big farmer and a very abusive parent and never stooped down to his level while his mother was very caring and really was the only person that loved Ed at the time.
One night Ed sneaked out toward the outhouse, which is out limits to Ed, out of suspicion because of weird and awful noise's. He slightly and gently cracks the door open and witnesses his ma and pa cutting and slicing open a pig for food. Ed felt faint and had a warm tingling feeling deep down below inside of him. This was the event that turned Ed's mind upside down and created the psycho that is Ed Gein.
This book is a very Graphically gory book and creates the wrong images in your mind which for some people makes them want too read on and learn and see more and for others would just want to drop the book and leave. for this reason i give this book a 6 out of 10. But i feel that this book is very intriguing and made me want too learn and read more about Ed Gein.

You've crushed 3 books in less than 6 weeks (Ed Gein, Band of Brothers, & No Country For Old Man). Are you taking books home? Have you always been a reader?
