Ty gets kicked out of school and joins a new school where he meets a girl. Things start to get more dangerous when some thugs come into town from Miami and try to take over Ty's territory. People get shot and killed and everyone who accosiates with Ty becomes a possible target for these thugs to try to run him out of business.
